It sounded like a madman’s daydream--an experimental serum, designed to unleash the power of the human body, and transform it into the ultimate weapon--but when Chun-Li, Cammy and Juri infiltrated the secret Shadaloo research complex, they discovered that Project Apex was all too real. Moreover, after they shut operations down, they discovered that the project had already borne fruit: three vials of the fabled serum, ready for consumption.
Three vials... for three women.
They contemplated the possibility they found laid before them: an experimental, untested serum, designed to finally end the war of hate that Shadaloo and its leader, M.Bison, had been waging on the world. On one hand, they had no idea what consequences there could be from using this serum on themselves. All they knew were that it’s effects were meant to be permanent, so there could be no going back for any of them if they opted to take this step. On the other hand, these women had (each for their own reasons) been fighting in the war against Shadaloo for longer than any of them cared to admit. If they now held the means to end this war for good, any sacrifices they’d have to make would be worthwhile.
So, they each took the serum… and beheld in shock and awe as, over the next few minutes, they all transformed into hulking Amazonian powerhouses: their frames rapidly growing taller and wider, their bodies growing thick and hyper-muscular beyond what even the most dedicated bodybuilders ever dared dream of achieving.
For Chun-Li, the immediate shock of her transformation gave way to joyous excitement. All her life, she had poured her spirit into mastering her training, seeking to become strong enough to fight and protect what she held most dear. Her large, thick, and powerful thighs were proof of her dedication and discipline over the years, and had been a great source of pride for her. Now her strength had been increased a hundredfold, and her mind raced as she thought of all that she could now accomplish.
Juri was equally excited, for her own reasons: she had always thought of power and pleasure as one and the same, so she found her mega-powerful new physique a source of exquisite pleasure.
Of the three, Cammy’s reaction was the most conflicted. As both a fighter and spy, Cammy had come to rely upon her speed and acrobatic athleticism... two attributes her new body was ill-equipped to maintain. She would need some time to retrain herself, adjust to her bulky physique, and develop a fighting style that took advantage of it. Then again, she assumed that she'd soon have that time, thanks to her transformed figure also obviously bringing her espionage career to a swift end.
Eventually, with their business concluded, the three women left the complex behind them. They stepped back outside together, and began their new war on Bison and Shadaloo... and their new lives as The Strongest Women in the World!
