The Iron Chancellor has been plotting and scheming since he was defeated last year (in an attempt to nuke Angel Falls) and has finally unleashed his revenge in the form of a clone he has created from samples of the Soviet Superwoman’s blood and tissue he’s collected. He’s also enhanced it with Genocide’s strength augmenting chemicals and is ready to unleash her at his most hated foe!
