Physical strength means nothing when it comes to diseases. It doesn't matter if you're an overweight man or the world's strongest bodybuilder; everyone's at equal risk.
Lucy didn't care. She thought her giant muscles could fight off anything, including the flu... but Lucy was wrong. A strong body doesn't always mean a strong immune system. She didn't get a flu vaccine, and look at her now. She's stuck at home, sick and miserable.
