The super villain Vathuniaga had been defeated once again. With his lab destroyed and his henchmen either arrested or killed, the fleeing and desperate would-be conqueror had to acquire new help for a new start. The mutagen he'd managed to spirit away would transform any civilian it came into contact with into his own personal muscle monster henchman. With a college nearby, the villain knew that he would have a large grouping of new hires to choose from before the night was through...
